Description

IGF-1 LR3 (Insulin-Like Growth Factor 1 Long Arg3) is a synthetic, recombinant analog of human IGF-1. It features a 13-amino acid extension at the N-terminus and a substitution of arginine for glutamic acid at position 3. These modifications significantly prolong its half-life and reduce binding to IGF-binding proteins, extending its activity in in-vitro research models.
